The Kauai Coffee blossoms are blooming and the bees are busy foraging this wonderful nectar! In just a few short weeks, that coffee blossom honey will be ready to extract.
I have been so busy with the bees! Spring 2013 is looking good for the girls. The mango & avo trees are in full blossom, and I’ve harvested over 30 gallons of honey within the last week!
